Title I
My name is Holly Ehlers. I graduated from the University of Central Missouri as a double major in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I obtained a Masters in Elementary Administration from William Woods University. I began teaching at Smithton in 2002. After 6 years of teaching at Smithton I moved to Clarksburg. During my teaching career I have taught Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, Fourth Grade, and currently I am the Title One Teacher.
I am originally from Tipton, but currently live in Otterville. My husband, Chris, and I have three kids; Faith, Johnathon, and Jordan. I am a huge sports fan; especially the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, and Mizzou Tigers Football and Men’s Basketball. In my free time I love spending time outside on my farm. I have two dogs and three cats and sitting on the patio with a good book or around the firepit is my favorite place to be.
I enjoy teaching at Clarksburg because of the small class sizes. I feel as if the kids truly become mine and I can give them the one-on-one help and attention they need and deserve.
